Ingredients
- 1 can tuna
- 1 stalk celery finely chopped
- 1 small grated carrot
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons dill relish
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Method
- Mix everything together in a small bowl and serve in a sandwich with lettuce and tomato, on crackers, or on a salad!
