Ingredients

  • 10 oz. boneless skinless chicken
  • 10-2/3 oz. salad shrimp
  • 1 whole green pepper
  • 12-1/2 oz. penne
  • 2 cans (1-3/4 lb. each) pasta sauce
  • 2 cups grated mozzerella cheese
  • Cayanne pepper (to taste)

Method

  • Bake chicken a cut into 1/2-inch cubes.
  • Meanwhile cook pasta al dente and dice green pepper.
  • Mix first 5 indredients together in a large casserole dish, top with grated cheese and bake in the oven 30-40 minutes at 375F until hot in the middle and cheese is bubbly.
