Ingredients
- 8 cups water
- 3 tablespoons chicken bouillon
- 1 1/2 cups chicken heart
- 1 cup onion
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup carrot
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1/3 cup barley
- 1 tablespoon pepper (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes (optional)
Method
- Boil water with chicken bouillon.
- Add vegetables, chicken hearts, and spices.
- Boil 5 minutes.
- Add barley.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
