Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato wedges
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Method
- Place beef and green pepper in a 2-quart casserole.
- Microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Stir once or twice during cooking to break beef into small bits.
- Add remaining ingredients and heat to taste.
