Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. Jarlsberg cheese, sliced then chopped
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced then chopped
- 1/2 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 can artichokes, drained and chopped fine
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. canned green chili peppers, chopped
Method
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Serve with crackers.
