Ingredients
- 16 oz. pumpkin puree
- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Method
- 1. Preheat oven to 425. Whisk all ingredients in bowl till smooth. Pour into crust. Bake 15 min.
- 2. Reduce to 350 and continue baking 35-40 more min. Cool. Refrigerate leftovers.
