Ingredients
- 2 cup macaroni
- 2 tbl butter
- 2 tbl flour
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pkg (8oz) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Method
- Cook macaroni according to package direction, set aside. In medium saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour, mustard and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir until mix thickens slightly (mix should coat spoon). Remove from heat. Add 1 1/2 cups sheese, stir until melted. Stir in macaroni. Turn into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
