Ingredients
- 1 lb. cranberries
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
Method
- Wash cranberries; do not dry!
- Cook cranberries and sugar over low heat in a saucepan until sugar dissolves.
- Add vinegar and cinnamon.
- Cook until cranberries pop.
- You can put in jar and seal like jam.
- A great gift.
- Good with turkey or game.
