Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 c. beef gravy
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 1/2 c. sour cream dip with onion
- hot cooked noodles or rice
Method
- In a saucepan, brown hamburger and drain.
- Stir in gravy. Stir in undrained mushrooms and catsup.
- Add 1 cup water.
- Cover; bring to boiling.
- Simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
- Stir in wine. Gradually blend 1 cup beef mixture into sour cream dip.
- Return to saucepan.
- Heat through.
- Do not boil.
- Serve over noodles. Sprinkle with paprika.
