Ingredients
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 pie shell
- 1 can crab meat (7 1/2 oz.), about 1/2 cup
- 2 onions, chopped fine
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. light cream or canned milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of mace
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds (optional)
Method
- Mix egg and cream. Drain crab and rinse well. Add other ingredients.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
