  • 4 tbsp of each Ketchup, Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce

  • 20 grams Butter
  • 2 tbsp Katakuriko (for coating the meat)
  • 1 Sake, soy sauce (for marinating the meat)

  • Once the meat is seasoned, throw out the soy sauce mixture, and coat in 2 tablespoons of katakuriko,
  • Julienne the green peppers and onions.
  • Saute the onions first, then add the pork and saute, until it's half cooked.
  • Add the green peppers and saute, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the ingredients and simmer to reduce the sauce a bit.
  • Add butter for the finishing touch.
  • Tip: The sauce is simmered and reduced to tone down the acidity of the ketchup.
