Ingredients
- 2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 can French fried onion rings
Method
- Cook spinach in unsalted water and drain.
- Blend soup mix and sour cream.
- Add spinach.
- Place in casserole.
- Top with onion rings and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Serves 4 to 6.
