Ingredients
- 2 lb. carrots
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 small jar cocktail onions
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Peel and slice carrots and cook in salted water until tender. Drain well.
- Chop pepper and onions.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over carrots while still hot.
- Marinate 2 or 3 days in refrigerator.
- Drain before serving or save broth or liquid because this will last several days.
