Ingredients
- 18 oz. can pineapple chunks
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 cup terriyaki sauce
- 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. catsup
- chicken or pork, cubed
- 2 medium green peppers cut
Method
- Drain pineapple.
- Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in a glass casserole.
- Blend juice, teriyaki sauce, vinegar and catsup.
- Add meat and green peppers, and mix well.
- Microwave, covered on high for 5 minutes.
- Add pineapple chunks.
- Microwave covered 12 to 15 minutes on medium.
