Ingredients

  • 12 oz. spiral pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 lb. cooked shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 1/2 c. liquid Butter Buds
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1 tsp. curry
  • 2 tsp. dill
  • 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp. lite salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1 pt. Kraft fat-free mayonnaise or Miracle Whip

Method

  • Combine all of the spices with the liquid Butter Buds, fat-free mayonnaise and lemon juice.
  • Set aside.
  • Combine shrimp, pasta, green peppers, onion and celery.
  • Mix dressing with vegetables, pasta and shrimp.
  • Cover and chill overnight.
  • The longer it sets, the better the flavor.
