Ingredients
- 5 c. cubed or sliced cooked potatoes
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 3 tsp. celery seed
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 3 tsp. salt
Method
- Sprinkle cooked potatoes with sugar and vinegar. Add onion, celery, seasoning and mayonnaise. Toss to blend.
- Carefully fold in egg slices. Chill. Trim with egg slices.
- Makes 8 servings.
