Ingredients
- 1- 3/4 pound Skirt Steak
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cups Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Dark Corn Syrup
- 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
- 2 teaspoons Dry Mustard
- 6 cloves Garlic, Minced
Method
- Combine all ingredients and marinate in refrigerator for one hour.
- *To serve on skewers, partially freeze steak ahead of time to make it easier to slice into 1/4 strips.
- Marinate for one hour and then thread onto skewers.
- Place skewers under broiler for 6-7 minutes, turning once.
- If using wood skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes before threading meat onto them.
- *Or, cook the meat as a whole piece on a grill after marinating for about 10 minutes, turning once.
