Ingredients
- 6 cooked potatoes
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 bunch parsley, minced
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. salad oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Boil potatoes in jackets till done, don't overcook.
- Cold in their skins only till they could be easily handled.
- They should be seasoned while still hot.
- Dice potatoes.
- Mix other ingredients thoroughly add in to diced potatoes.
- Mix and refrigeratetill served.
