Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon, diced
- 1/4 c. green peppers, diced
- hot peppers, if desired
- 1/4 c. onion, diced or chopped
- 3 c. rice, cooked
- 1 large can tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Fry the bacon, peppers and onion, then pour off the grease and add the rice, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
