Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed and drained
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- 1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
- 8 slices American cheese, cut into pieces
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Pour into lightly greased 9-inch pie pan or 10-inch quiche dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned around edge.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
