Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, thawed and drained
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 8 slices American cheese, cut into pieces
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
  • Pour into lightly greased 9-inch pie pan or 10-inch quiche dish.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned around edge.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.
