Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 c. white wine
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. rum
- 1 (1 to 2 lb.) boneless pork loin (approximately)
Method
- Marinate 8 hours or overnight.
- Best grilled for 20 minutes per pound or bake at 325° for 25 minutes per pound.
- To serve, slice thinly.
