Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 c. peas
- 1 c. dry rice (uncooked)
- 1 pt. tomatoes (2 c.)
- 1 Tbsp. green pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Brown ground beef and onion.
- Add uncooked rice, peas, tomatoes, green pepper (can use 1/2 cup), salt and pepper.
- Heat. Pour into Pam sprayed casserole dish.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour. Be sure there is enough liquid for rice to cook.
