Ingredients
- 8 oz. reduced-fat sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 c. water
- 1 can fat-free chicken broth
- 2 c. 1% or skim milk
- 1 can Healthy Request cream of celery and cream of mushroom soup
- 16 oz. frozen hash browns
Method
- Brown sausage and onion. Put in soup pot. Add hash browns, water and chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add milk and soups. Makes 11 cups.
