- 1 broiler/fryer chicken (2 1/2 to 3 lb.), cut up
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 3/4 c. onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley, minced
- 2 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. tomatoes, chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
Method
- Place chicken in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Combine garlic salt, celery salt and paprika. Sprinkle over chicken. Bake uncovered at 425° for 20 minutes. Remove chicken from pan.
