Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 c. corn
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 4 c. tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown hamburger, onion and pepper in skillet.
- Drain.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Cook until liquid is absorbed by rice.
