Ingredients
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. uncooked white rice
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 2 to 3 dashes garlic powder
- fresh onion or minced onion (not too much)
- 1 3/4 c. water
Method
- In medium saucepan, put oil, rice and chicken cubes.
- Fry until rice is browned a little, breaking up the chicken cubes while frying.
- Add water, tomato sauce, garlic and onion.
- Turn on low and cook until all water is absorbed.
- Stir and serve.
