Ingredients
- 1 large loaf bread
- 6 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 (16 oz.) can Carnation milk
- 16 oz. water
- 16 oz. milk
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. raisins
- 3 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Method
- Crumble bread in food processor or tear by hand into small pieces.
- Combine bread and eggs into one large bowl.
- Then mix the remaining ingredients into the bowl.
- Mix well!
- Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
- When baking, be sure to put one pan of water and then the pan containing the mix, this will prevent the bottom and sides from burning.
- You know when it's done by putting in a toothpick and it comes out clear.
