Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 1 lb. hamburger
Method
- Fry hamburger until it loses its color.
- In saucepan, combine all ingredients and simmer several hours.
- This makes enough sauce for about 3/4 pound spaghetti.
