Ingredients

  • 1 medium head lettuce, chopped
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. chopped red cabbage
  • 1/2 c. sliced and red radishes
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion
  • 2 diced tomatoes
  • 1 can drained kidney beans or 1 can undrained chili beans
  • 1/3 c. Ott's French dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 c. crushed tortilla chips or Fritos

Method

  • Brown 1 pound hamburger; drain and cool.
  • Add 1/2 package taco seasoning.
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Add dressing with chili powder.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Fold in tortilla chips when ready to serve.
