Ingredients
- 7 oz. cooked spaghetti
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 lb. ground beef
- onions
- 1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Cook spaghetti to package directions; drain.
- Stir egg and milk into hot pasta.
- Spoon into 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Brown meat and onions; drain.
- Add mushrooms, Ragu and seasoning to meat mixture. Spread over noodles.
- Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese last.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
