Ingredients
- 2 c. Minute rice
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
- 1 stick oleo
- 3/4 c. diced celery
- 3/4 c. onion
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 cans mushroom soup
Method
- Cook rice as directed on box.
- Let it stand.
- Fold in Cheez Whiz.
- Add well drained, cooked broccoli.
- Saute celery and onion in oleo.
- Add soup to celery and onion.
