Ingredients

  • 6 oz. spaghetti
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Method

  • Cook spaghetti and drain.
  • Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and egg.
  • Form a crust in buttered 10-inch pie plate.
  • Sprinkle with 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese.
  • Cook ground beef and drain. Stir in sauce, sugar and oregano.
  • Heat through. Put meat in crust on top of cheese.
  • Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes.
  • Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 5 more minutes.
