Ingredients
- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Method
- Cook spaghetti and drain.
- Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and egg.
- Form a crust in buttered 10-inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle with 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese.
- Cook ground beef and drain. Stir in sauce, sugar and oregano.
- Heat through. Put meat in crust on top of cheese.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 5 more minutes.
