- 6 oz. spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Cook spaghetti; drain, then stir butter into hot spaghetti. Stir in Parmesan cheese and egg to form mixture.
- Press into buttered pan to form crust.
- Put cottage cheese into crust.
