Ingredients

  • 10 ounces whole wheat spaghetti
  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 8 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 12 medium onion
  • 18 cup skim milk
  • 26 ounces tomato sauce
  • 18 cup olive oil
  • 2 ounces French's French fried onions

Method

  • cook spaghetti until al dente.
  • brown ground beef and add sauce.
  • sautee bell pepper and onions, then add cream cheese and milk and stir.
  • combine all ingredients and top with onion rings.
  • enjoy!
  • optional -- cook in oven to "set"; may add shredded cheese.
