Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes (drain 1/2 of liquid)
- 1 can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
- 1 can corn
- 1 box frozen spinach, chopped and thawed
- 1 small box spaghetti noodles
- ground garlic to taste (if fresh, saute with onions)
- pepper to taste
- oregano to taste (1 Tbsp.)
- sage to taste (1 Tbsp.)
- onion (optional)
Method
- Chop/dice tomatoes.
- Add beans, corn, spinach and spices. Simmer.
- Cook spaghetti and drain, then chop up noodles and add to sauce mix.
- May serve hot or cold.
