Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Method
- Mix
- eggs,
- milk
- and
- salt
- together
- and
- add
- flour. Meanwhile, use a 5 quart
- pan filled with water, at least half full; bring water to
- boil.
- Cut
- little
- spaetzles
- with a sharp knife on edge of
- bowl
- or
- use the tip of a tablespoon. Cut into boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
- Drain and add butter or oleo and serve.
