Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 c. orange juice
- 2 level Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 bag marshmallows (regular size)
- 1 (16 oz.) can chunk pineapple
- 1 regular size Cool Whip
Method
- Beat eggs, juice, cornstarch and sugar.
- Bring to boil; cook for 2 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Cut marshmallows in fourths.
- Fold marshmallows, pineapple and Cool Whip into cooled dressing.
- Let set overnight.
