Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. soaked soy beans (1/2 c. dry)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Soak soy beans several hours or overnight in sufficient water to keep covered.
- Drain; discard water.
- (These beans may be stored in refrigerator or frozen for use at a moment's notice.)
