Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. fat-free Thousand Island dressing
  • 1/3 c. salsa
  • 1/4 c. reduced fat sour cream
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt-free lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (tenders), cut in 1/4-inch strips
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 each medium sweet and green pepper (1/4-inch strips)
  • 12 c. torn romaine
  • 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheese (Cheddar sharp)
  • 1 c. shredded red cabbage
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • baked tortilla chips

Method

  • Combine salad dressing, salsa and sour cream. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
