- 1/3 c. fat-free Thousand Island dressing
- 1/3 c. salsa
- 1/4 c. reduced fat sour cream
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt-free lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (tenders), cut in 1/4-inch strips
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 each medium sweet and green pepper (1/4-inch strips)
- 12 c. torn romaine
- 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded cheese (Cheddar sharp)
- 1 c. shredded red cabbage
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- baked tortilla chips
Method
- Combine salad dressing, salsa and sour cream. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
