Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel tomatoes & chilies
- 14 white onion, chopped
- 1 lb ground beef
- Mexican blend cheese
Method
- Saute Rotel and onions over medium heat until tender.
- Measure out 1/4 lb.
- ground beef mixture and blend with 4 tablespoons Rotel blend.
- Cook on grill until desired doneness.
- Top with cheese and continue to cook until cheese melted.
- Place on bun and top with desired condiments.
