Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 1/2 oz. dried beef
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. minced dried onion
- 1/2 small or medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. horseradish
Method
- Mix cream cheese and milk.
- Add sour cream and stir.
- Cut beef into small bits; add with remaining ingredients.
- Bake in small casserole 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
- Top may be sprinkled with slivered almonds before baking.
- Serve with crackers.
