Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 1/2 oz. dried beef
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp. minced dried onion
  • 1/2 small or medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. horseradish

Method

  • Mix cream cheese and milk.
  • Add sour cream and stir.
  • Cut beef into small bits; add with remaining ingredients.
  • Bake in small casserole 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.
  • Top may be sprinkled with slivered almonds before baking.
  • Serve with crackers.
