Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 6 - 8 thin slices velveeta cheese
  • 1 package tater-tots
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 chopped onion

Method

  • Brown ground beef, onion and garlic salt.
  • Drain off excess grease and add the celery and mushroom soups and mix well.
  • Pour this mixture into a 9 X 12 baking dish.
  • Top with velveeta cheese slices.
  • Top with a bag of tater tots.
  • Bake at 350° until tater tots are done.
  • Then top with grated mozzarella cheese and return to oven until cheese melts, about 10 - 15 minutes.
