Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 6 - 8 thin slices velveeta cheese
- 1 package tater-tots
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 chopped onion
Method
- Brown ground beef, onion and garlic salt.
- Drain off excess grease and add the celery and mushroom soups and mix well.
- Pour this mixture into a 9 X 12 baking dish.
- Top with velveeta cheese slices.
- Top with a bag of tater tots.
- Bake at 350° until tater tots are done.
- Then top with grated mozzarella cheese and return to oven until cheese melts, about 10 - 15 minutes.
