- 6 pork chops (about 1 1/2 lb.)
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 c. condensed golden mushroom soup
- dash of pepper
- 1 1/3 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
- 1/2 c. canned tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 1 1/3 c. water
Method
- Brown chops and celery until tender in cooking oil.
- Pour off drippings. Combine remaining ingredients and pour into a 12 x 8-inch baking
- dish. Arrange chops and celery on top. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
