Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1/4 tsp. butter flavoring
- 1 c. pecan halves
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Method
- Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, dash of salt, corn syrup, melted margarine and butter flavoring.
- Add pecans.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake in moderate 350° oven for 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between outside and center of filling comes out clean.
- Cool.
