Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 4 medium onions, chopped fine
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 4 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper (spicy)
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • salt and pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • pinch of sugar
  • 1 qt. (4 c.) water

Method

  • Brown first 3 ingredients in a skillet.
  • Add pinch of sugar and remaining ingredients and cook over slow heat with 1 quart of water and Worcestershire to taste.
  • Cook a minimum of 1 hour.
