Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 Tbsp. onion (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Method
- Put all ingredients into saucepan.
- Heat until oleo is dissolved.
- Mix ingredients; brush on pork chops.
- Broil over medium charcoal fire.
