Ingredients
- 1/2 c. fried, cubed fat back
- 1 medium onion
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1 c. creamed corn
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- milk
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Fry
- fat
- back.
- Saute onion in fat.
- Cube potatoes and cook until
- tender (do not completely cover with water).
- Add creamed corn,
- canned
- milk
- and enough whole milk to desired thickness. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with fat back sprinkled on top.
