- chicken
- seasoned salt
- oil
- flour
- buttermilk
Method
- Prepare chicken and season with seasoned salt; let drain on paper towel.
- Heat oil in electric skillet to 350°.
- Oil should fill skillet about 1/2 way.
- Dip chicken in flour, then in buttermilk and back in flour.
- When chicken browns on one side, turn to other side.
- It's best to turn only 1 time.
- Drain chicken when done on paper towel.
