Ingredients
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/3 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Mild Salsa
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Process ingredients in food processor until blended; spoon into serving bowl.
- Refrigerate several hours or until slightly thickened.
- Let stand at room temperature 10 min.
