Ingredients
- 2 pkg. orange jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Add sour cream and stir until dissolved.
- Place in refrigerator and chill until mixture gets to thickness of egg whites.
- Add remaining ingredients. Place in mold and refrigerate until congealed.
- Will make a large Pyrex oblong container full.
